Roundtable provides a forum for adults involved as leaders in the Boy Scout program to:
- Meet and exchange ideas with other leaders from the Hemlock District
- Obtain the latest training, event and updates
- Discuss topics of interest, both formally and informally
- Learn about upcoming District and Council events and program
- Roundtable is open to all adults involved with the Boy Scout program.
- Registered troop leaders are especially encouraged to attend. (Attending Roundtables IS part of Boy Scout Leader Training Awards)
- New Unit? Come to Roundtable and ask your questions to seasoned scoutmasters, committee folks, and district personnel and get answers!
Roundtable for Boy Scout leaders is held 6:30-8:30 PM on the Third Thursday of the month, except there is no Roundtable in June, July and November. Roundtables are held at Cavalry Baptist Church, 7900 Ten-Ten Road, Raleigh, NC, directly behind the Hardee’s on the corner of US 401 and Ten-Ten Road.
Each month, the program revolves around a highlighted program topic.
